A new multi-million dollar development in Brisbane, Tranquility Residences – in conjunction with Smart Gold Coast.

The Brief: Design the look, feel, positioning and branding of the new development.

The looked needed to be classy, modern and the right fit for the demographic of the prospective buyers.

Blues and greens were the obvious choices for any project named “Tranquility” but these were dropped for stronger more striking colours. This helps the project hold it’s ground in a very crowded market and also promotes its modern feel.

The Result: We are still waiting for the results – this one is hot out of the Oven (got to use that somewhere, sorry).
